DON'T FORGET TO TURN THE CLOCKS BACK!
We have one more year of springing forward on the first Sunday in April and falling back on the last Sunday in October. In 2007, we will have four more weeks of Daylight-Saving Time — although some question how much energy will be saved.

Halloween a scary time on the roads
Children tromp around darkened streets in search of treats. Adults drive those same roads, costumed and maybe celebrating October's hallowed holiday with alcohol.
