A captured inmate and his wife told an Ohio judge Friday they will fight extradition to Tennessee. Police say Jennifer Forsyth Hyatte, killed an armed officer while springing her new husband, George, from custody on Tuesday. The couple was nabbed Wednesday at an Ohio motel.
